Wash. Admin. Code § 388-71-0893
(1) Unless exempt from the basic training requirements under WAC 388-71-0839, a long-term care (LTC) worker working as an individual provider must complete orientation and safety training and nine hours of training within 120 days of the date of hire as described in WAC 388-71-0837 if the provider meets the following criteria:
