You must have countable income, as defined in WAC 388-450-0162, at or below the monthly income limit in order to receive aged, blind, or disabled (ABD) cash assistance or a referral to the housing and essential needs (HEN) program.
(1) The ABD cash assistance and HEN referral monthly income limits for individuals are:
