What are the client's rights if the consumer directed employer rejects the selection of a person to serve as the client's individual provider or discontinues the current individual provider's assignment?

- (1) The client may choose to receive services from a different individual provider or another qualified provider.
- (2) The client has the right to dispute the decision under the consumer directed employer's dispute resolution process.
- (3) The client does not have a right to a hearing under chapter 34.05 RCW.
