1. (1) The enhanced services facility must have a plan in place to address emergency responses to behavioral crisis in order to protect the residents, staff and community.

2. (2) The enhanced services facility must develop a policy of emergency response notification, including after-hours notification. Subjects of notification may include:

   1. (a) Law enforcement;
   2. (b) Chemical dependency or mental health professional;
   3. (c) Emergency medical personnel;
   4. (d) Program administrator and supervisor;
   5. (e) Resident's case manager; and
   6. (f) Facility treatment team.
