The facility must:

1. (1) Provide one copy of the functional program;
2. (2) Provide an analysis of likely adverse impacts on current residents and plans to eliminate or mitigate such adverse impacts;
3. (3) Provide for the health, safety, and comfort of residents during construction projects;

4. (4) Ensure that construction documents include two copies of the following:

   1. (a) Drawings prepared, stamped, and signed by an architect licensed by the state of Washington under chapter 18.08 RCW. The services of a consulting engineer licensed by the state of Washington may be used for the various branches of the work, if appropriate; and

   2. (b) Drawings with coordinated architectural, mechanical, and electrical work drawn to scale showing complete details for construction, including:

      1. (i) Site plan(s) showing streets, driveways, parking, vehicle and pedestrian circulation, utility line locations, and location of existing and new buildings;
      2. (ii) Dimensioned floor plan(s) with the function of each room and fixed/required equipment designated;
      3. (iii) Elevations, sections, and construction details;
      4. (iv) Schedule of floor, wall, and ceiling finishes;
      5. (v) Schedules of doors and windows – Sizes and type, and door finish hardware;
      6. (vi) Mechanical systems – Plumbing and heating/venting/air conditioning; and
      7. (vii) Electrical systems, including lighting, power, and communication/notification systems.
   3. (c) Specifications that describe with specificity the workmanship and finishes;

   4. (d) Shop drawings and related equipment specifications for:

      1. (i) An automatic fire sprinkler system when required by other codes; and
      2. (ii) An automatic fire alarm system when required by other codes.
5. (5) Submit addenda, change orders, construction change directives or any other deviation from the approved plans prior to their installation; and

6. (6) Provide a written construction project completion notice to the department of health construction review services indicating:

   1. (a) The completion date; and
   2. (b) The actual construction cost.
