When there is a positive result from a tuberculin skin or other FDA approved TB test, the enhanced services facility must ensure:

1. (1) The staff person has a chest radiograph within seven days of a positive TB test result; and
2. (2) Each staff person or with a positive TB test result undergoes ongoing observation for signs and symptoms of TB; and
3. (3) The recommendation of the staff health care provider is followed.
