Unless the staff meets the requirement for having no TB test or only one test, the enhanced services facility must ensure that each staff person has the following two-step tuberculin skin testing:

1. (1) An initial tuberculin skin test upon employment or starting service; and
2. (2) A completed two-step tuberculin skin test within four weeks of initial tuberculin skin test.
