The enhanced services facility is not required to have staff tested for TB if they have documentation of the following:

1. (1) A positive FDA approved TB test; or
2. (2) That the individual is receiving or has received appropriate therapy for active TB disease or latent TB infection and is cleared to safely work in an enhanced services facility.
