1. (1) When a resident who is being administered antipsychotic medication, chooses to not take his or her medications after two or three attempts, the enhanced services facility must:

   1. (a) Respect the resident's right to choose not to take medication;
   2. (b) Document the time, date and medication the resident did not take in the medical record; and
   3. (c) Notify the physician within eight hours of the refusal.
   4. (d) Notify the DSHS case manager within twenty four hours of the refusal.
