An enhanced services facility must have sufficient numbers of staff with the appropriate credentials and training to provide residents with the identified care and treatment needs. At a minimum the facility must have staff to provide:

1. (1) Mental health and/or chemical dependency treatment;
2. (2) Medication management services;
3. (3) Personal care, assistance with the activities of daily living;
4. (4) Medical treatment, including psychiatric;
5. (5) Activities;
6. (6) Social service support;
7. (7) Negotiated services;
8. (8) Dietary services; and
9. (9) Security.
