1. (1) Adult protective services (APS) may provide notice of the final substantiated finding to those persons and entities described under WAC 388-103-0080.

2. (2) Where the perpetrator of a final substantiated finding is an individual used by a nursing home to provide services to residents of such nursing home, APS will notify the following on or before the tenth working day of the final substantiated finding:

   1. (a) The perpetrator;
   2. (b) The current administrator of the nursing home in which the incident occurred;
   3. (c) The administrator of the nursing home in which the perpetrator is currently employed, if known by APS and if different than the nursing home in which the incident occurred; and
   4. (d) The Washington state department of health.
