Adult protective services may prove notice was provided to the alleged perpetrator by any of the following:

1. (1) A sworn statement, certification, or declaration of personal service;
2. (2) A sworn statement, certification, or declaration of mailing; or
3. (3) The certified mail receipt confirming the notice was delivered.
