1. (1) The service provider must ensure the following instruction and support services staff meet the training requirements of this chapter:

   1. (a) Administrators who may provide instruction and support services to clients or may supervise instruction and support services staff; and
   2. (b) Instruction and support services staff including their supervisors.
2. (2) Applicants for initial certification and applicants for change of ownership that are not current providers, who may provide instruction and support services to clients or may supervise instruction and support services staff must meet the training requirements of this chapter.
