The service provider must train staff in the following before the employee works alone with clients:

1. (1) Current individual instruction and support plans of each client with whom the employee works;
2. (2) Emergency procedures for clients;
3. (3) The reporting requirements for abuse and neglect under chapter 74.34 RCW; and
4. (4) Client confidentiality.
