Wash. Admin. Code § 388-03-020 – What is the scope of these rules?

Except where stated otherwise, these rules apply to any person who:

(1) Seeks employment with the department as a bilingual employee;
(2) Wishes to provide services to the department as a contracted interpreter or translator; or
(3) Works for a nonDSHS county agency/program that contracts with the department to provide services to the department's limited English proficient (LEP) clients, also known as licensed agency personnel (LAPL).
