There will be an audio recording made of all hearings conducted under the provisions of this chapter. Such recordings shall be preserved in accordance with the indeterminate sentence review board's records retention policies. Parties requesting duplication of any hearing must submit a request in writing; response to all such requests shall be governed by the applicable public disclosure statutes.
