- (1) The provisions of chapter 197-11 WAC (SEPA guidelines adopted by the department of ecology), are hereby adopted by PLIA, and are incorporated in and made a part of this chapter by reference herein, to the extent that the SEPA guidelines are applicable to the programs, activities, and actions of PLIA.
- (2) The provisions of this chapter are intended to implement the provisions of chapter 197-11 WAC, and to be consistent therewith.
