Wash. Admin. Code § 371-08-440 – Settlement and mediation agreements

(1) Where the parties settle an appeal before hearing, the parties shall prepare and submit to the board a request for an order of dismissal, submit that request to the board, and the board shall enter an order and dismiss the case.
(2) This section also pertains to settlement agreements reached during mediation.
