Wash. Admin. Code § 365-220-060 – Who is eligible to be a beneficiary in the trust fund?

Individuals are eligible to be beneficiaries if they meet the following conditions at the time of enrollment:

(1) Beneficiaries must reside in Washington state; and
(2) Must meet the definition of developmental disability in RCW 71A.10.020(5); and
(3) Any other condition(s) required under the master trust.
