1. (1) The following minimum fees shall be paid by the promoter of the event to the event officials:

2. (2) In the event of a title fight, event officials shall be paid by the promoter at the respective and prevailing scale of the sanctioning organization. The event officials pay rate shall not be lower than the rates established in subsection (1) of this section.
3. (3) Travel mileage shall be paid to event officials at the state rate as established by the office of financial management.
