Wash. Admin. Code § 358-01-050 – Executive secretary—Appointment—Removal

(1) An executive secretary, who shall be exempt from the provisions of chapter 41.06 RCW, may be appointed and discharged by the board.
(2) The executive secretary's salary shall be fixed by the governor pursuant to RCW 43.03.040.
