The department will cooperate with the state, county, and federal officers in the enforcement of all the laws and regulations relating to livestock health including:

1. (1) Compliance with livestock quarantine regulations and such other sanitary measures as may appear necessary to prevent nuisances and ensure proper sanitary conditions on state range lands; and
2. (2) Requiring owners of all livestock which are allowed to cross any state range lands to comply with local livestock laws of the state of Washington and the county where the state land is located.
