- (1) Pick 3 tickets may be purchased or redeemed no less than 17 hours each day in accordance with a schedule to be determined by the director, provided lottery retailers shall only sell and redeem tickets during their normal business hours.
- (2) Pick 3 tickets may be purchased only from a lottery retailer authorized by the director to sell draw tickets or directly from the lottery. Internet sales and lottery courier services are not authorized in Washington state.
- (3) Each Pick 3 ticket shall contain the player's selection of digits, amount, type of play, and drawing date.
