Wash. Admin. Code § 315-10-010 – Instant games—Authorized—Director's authority

The director shall:

(1) Select, operate, and contract relating to and for the operation of instant games meeting the criteria set forth in this chapter.
(2) Establish final instant game specifications, including the determination of winning tickets, in executed working papers or software requirement specifications and keep the portions of these documents that are subject to public disclosure available for 180 days after the end of each game for public review during normal business hours.
(3) Inform commission members of instant game development.
