The commission hereby authorizes each of the following to act as an agent of the commission for the purpose of signing Form CR-103 promulgated by the code reviser for the purpose of filing adopted rules:

1. (1) Each member of the commission;
2. (2) Director or designee;
3. (3) Deputy director; and
4. (4) Director of legal services.
