The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

1. (1) "Craft distillery" means any distillery licensed under RCW 66.24.145 and located in the state of Washington.
2. (2) "Domestic distillery" means any distillery licensed under RCW 66.24.140 and located in the state of Washington.
3. (3) "Off-site tasting room" means an off-site tasting room licensed under RCW 66.24.146.
4. (4) "Tasting room" includes both off-site tasting rooms operated by, and on-site tasting rooms operated at, a licensed distillery or craft distillery premises.
