Wash. Admin. Code § 314-24-001 – Definitions

(1) The following terms are defined in RCW 66.04.010:
1. (a) Authorized representative;
2. (b) Domestic winery;
3. (c) Manufacturer;
4. (d) Package;
5. (e) Sale and sell;
6. (f) Wine;
7. (g) Wine distributor;
8. (h) Wine importer; and
9. (i) Winery.
(2) COA means certificate of approval.
(3) COLA means certificate of label approval.
(4) Custom crush - A custom crush arrangement involves an agreement or formal contract where one domestic winery (customer) pays another domestic winery (producer) to produce wine to order. (It is not an alternating proprietorship arrangement.)
(5) TTB means the Alcohol and Tax and Trade Bureau.
