1. (1) The following terms are defined in RCW 66.04.010:

   1. (a) Authorized representative;
   2. (b) Beer;
   3. (c) Beer distributor;
   4. (d) Beer importer;
   5. (e) Brewer or brewery;
   6. (f) Domestic brewery;
   7. (g) Flavored malt beverage;
   8. (h) Malt beverage and strong beer; and
   9. (i) Sale and sell.
2. (2) COA means certificate of approval.
3. (3) COLA means certificate of label approval issued by TTB.
4. (4) Contract production is defined in RCW 66.24.244.
5. (5) Domestic brewery alternating proprietorship means two or more entities taking turns using the same space and equipment to produce beer.
6. (6) TTB means the Alcohol Tax and Trade Bureau: U.S. Code - Title 27 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
