Wash. Admin. Code § 314-09-005 – What is the purpose of chapter 314-09 WAC?

The purpose of chapter 314-09 WAC is to outline:

(1) The process for persons, entities, and governmental jurisdictions to object to the issuance or renewal of a liquor license or permit; and
(2) An applicant or licensee's options when their liquor license or permit is denied or action is taken to not renew their liquor license or permit.
