Mitigation of fees, penalties or interest

  1. (1) Under what circumstances may a fee, penalty or interest be mitigated? The department may mitigate fees, penalties or interest occurring from proportional registration transactions, assessments, or incomplete records.
  2. (2) How will the department determine whether fees, penalties or interest should be mitigated? The department will review records, account history, or other information.
