1. (1) If you are returning to active status from less than five years of inactive status, send to the department:

   1. (a) A letter requesting reactivation;
   2. (b) The current renewal fee;
   3. (c) Evidence of completion of twenty-four PDHs. See WAC 308-13-185 regarding qualifying activities.

2. (2) If you are returning to active status after five years of inactive status, send to the department:

   1. (a) A letter requesting reinstatement;
   2. (b) The current renewal fee plus the late penalty fee;
   3. (c) A review of laws related to the practice of landscape architecture;
   4. (d) Evidence of completion of twenty-four PDHs. See WAC 308-13-185 for qualifying activities.
