The factors the department will consider in prioritizing grant awards include, but are not limited to:

1. (1) Total number of employees;
2. (2) Total number of employees affected;
3. (3) Whether an employer provides critical goods or services to the affected community;
4. (4) Level of impact from the disaster (e.g., proximity, degree of exposure, etc.);
5. (5) Equipment, gear, or capital improvements that are required;
6. (6) Amount requested.
