Wash. Admin. Code § 296-900-16010 – Post DOSH's response to requests for more time

(1) The employer must post notices from DOSH approving additional time to correct citations, with the related citation, immediately upon receipt.
(2) The employer must keep the notices posted until one of the following occur:
1. (a) The correction date has passed.
2. (b) A hearing notice is requested and posted.
