During an inspection, DOSH staff may:

1. (1) Take samples, photographs, videotapes, or audiotapes.
2. (2) Conduct tests or interviews.
3. (3) Ask employees to wear sampling devices.

4. (4) Privately question, on or off the worksite, any:

   1. (a) Employer.
   2. (b) Employer representative.
   3. (c) Owner.
   4. (d) Operator.
   5. (e) Employee.
   6. (f) Employee representative.
5. (5) Employ any other reasonable investigative techniques.
