Wash. Admin. Code § 296-863-100
This chapter applies to powered industrial trucks that use electric motors or internal combustion engines. This includes, but is not limited to:
(6) Other specialized industrial trucks.

| 1. Compressed air-powered industrial trucks. | |
| 2. Nonflammable compressed gas-operated industrial trucks. | |
| 3. Vehicles covered by chapter 296-307 WAC, Safety standards for agriculture. | |
| 4. Vehicles intended primarily for earth moving or over-the-road hauling. |
