Wash. Admin. Code § 296-850-175 – Dates

(1) Effective date. This standard shall become effective December 12, 2018.
(2) Compliance dates. All obligations of this standard commence and become enforceable on December 12, 2018, except:
1. (a) Change rooms and showers required by WAC 296-850-145 of this standard must be provided by March 11, 2019; and
2. (b) Engineering controls required by WAC 296-850-130 Methods of compliance, of this rule must be implemented by March 10, 2020.
