1. (1) You must certify and document annually that each manager, supervisor, and worker has either:

   1. (a) Attended and successfully completed the training required by this section; or
   2. (b) Demonstrated their competency.
2. (2) You must record and maintain the method used to demonstrate competency.
3. (3) You must make sure your employees and supervisors who complete required training and field experience receive written training documentation authenticated by the responsible trainer.

4. (4) You must provide a copy of the certification or documentation to your employee upon request.

   Note:

   Equivalent training may include academic or work-related training that covers subjects required by this chapter.
