1. (1) Private residence. No more than five pounds of black powder is permitted. No restrictions apply.
2. (2) Private car. No more than five pounds of black powder is permitted. No restrictions apply.
3. (3) Dealer's warehouse. No more than twenty-five pounds of black powder is permitted. Black powder must be stored in an appropriate container or cabinet, which is securely locked.
4. (4) Magazine. Quantities of black powder, as used in muzzleloading firearms, in excess of twenty-five pounds must be stored in licensed magazines (see Storage licensing, WAC 296-52-660, Storage of explosive materials, WAC 296-52-690, and Magazine construction, WAC 296-52-700).
