1. (1) Location. Temporary storage for explosives at blast sites must be located away from:

   1. (a) Inhabited buildings;
   2. (b) Railways;
   3. (c) Highways;
   4. (d) Other magazines.

2. (2) Separation distance. A distance must be maintained between magazines and the blast site. This distance must be a minimum of:

   1. (a) One hundred fifty feet when the quantity of explosives is greater than twenty-five pounds;
   2. (b) Fifty feet when the quantity of explosives is twenty-five pounds or less.
