1. (1) Weekly inspection.

   1. (a) The person or company responsible for the contents of the magazine must inspect the magazine at least every seven days to determine whether there has been an unauthorized:

      1. (i) Attempted entry into the magazine; or
      2. (ii) Removal of explosives from the magazine.

   2. (b) The person doing the inspection must be familiar with the magazine and its contents.

      Note:

      This inspection does not need to be an inventory.

2. (2) Inspection documentation.

   1. (a) The person doing the inspection must sign one of the following documents after completing the inspection:

      1. (i) A weekly inspection log;
      2. (ii) An inventory sheet; or
      3. (iii) Other record.
   2. (b) Weekly inspection records must be kept for at least one year.
