Materials and supplies cannot be placed in the cargo space of vehicles or conveyance containing:

1. (1) Explosives;
2. (2) Detonating cord; or

3. (3) Detonators.

   Note:

   It is okay to transport safety fuses and properly secured nonsparking equipment in cargo spaces.
