The site plan must include:

1. (1) A copy of the site plan and manufacturer's license must be posted in the main office of each manufacturing plant.
2. (2) The site plan must be maintained and updated to reflect the current status of manufacturing facilities, occupancy changes, or other pertinent information.

3. (3) Notifying the department:

   1. (a) When a significant change occurs in the site plan;
   2. (b) For a consultation before changing operations if the change is of such nature or magnitude that compliance with requirements of this chapter is questionable.
