Wash. Admin. Code § 296-52-60115 – Explosive industry employers

In addition to the requirements of this chapter:

(1) Explosive industry employers must comply with other applicable DOSH requirements:
1. (a) Chapter 296-800 WAC, Safety and health core rules;
2. (b) Chapter 296-24 WAC, General safety and health standards;
3. (c) Chapter 296-62 WAC, General occupational health standards;
4. (d) Chapter 296-155 WAC, Safety standards for construction;
5. (e) Other industry specific standards that may apply.
(2) Manufacturers of explosives or pyrotechnics must comply with DOSH safety standards for process safety management of highly hazardous chemicals, chapter 296-67 WAC.
