1. (1) No person shall discharge or in any manner discriminate against any employee because the employee has:

   1. (a) Filed any complaint under or related to WISHA;
   2. (b) Instituted or caused to be instituted any proceeding under or related to WISHA;
   3. (c) Testified or is about to testify in any proceeding under or related to WISHA; or
   4. (d) Exercised on their own behalf or on behalf of others any right afforded by WISHA.
2. (2) Any employee who believes they have been retaliated against in violation of RCW 49.17.160 may file a complaint alleging a violation, within 90 days after such violation.
