1. (1) This chapter is authorized by RCW 43.22.420, 43.22.434 and 43.22.450 through 43.22.490 and 43.70.337, covering the construction and approval of factory-built temporary worker housing.

2. (2) This chapter applies to the approval:

   1. (a) Of factory-built temporary worker housing structures; and
   2. (b) After occupancy of a factory-built temporary worker housing structure, all inspections are done by the department of health.
