1. (1) During your annual comprehensive audit for state-plan insignia, we will review your quality control program and randomly inspect your vehicles.
2. (2) If our comprehensive audit indicates that you are complying with the requirements of this chapter and ANSI, you may purchase state-plan insignia.

3. (3) If we discover a quality control program deficiency or a vehicle violation during our comprehensive audit, you will receive a notice of noncompliance and cannot purchase state-plan insignia until the deficiency or violation is corrected.

   1. (a) You can correct the deficiency or violation during the comprehensive audit; or
   2. (b) You have fourteen days after receiving the notice of noncompliance to send us a written response explaining your correction of the deficiency or violation;
   3. (c) You are subject to a follow-up comprehensive audit.
