Wash. Admin. Code § 296-128-90050 – Required signage—Administrative requirements

(1) All establishments must display signage in areas designated for entertainers that communicate:
1. (a) Entertainers are not required to surrender any tips or gratuities; and
2. (b) An establishment may not take adverse action against an entertainer in response to the entertainer's use or collection of tips or gratuities.
(2) Failing to comply with this section is an administrative violation.
