1. (1) During the course of an investigation, the board staff will give the respondent(s) a copy of the complaint or a summary of the complaint, and an opportunity to respond to the allegations. In accordance with RCW 42.52.410, the complainant's name and identifying information may be redacted from the complaint.
2. (2) During the course of the investigation board staff will provide the employing agency with a copy of the complaint or a summary of the complaint, unless board staff determines it would impede the investigation. In accordance with RCW 42.52.410, the complainant's name and identifying information may be redacted from the complaint.
