The definitions in chapter 48.92 RCW apply in this regulation unless otherwise specified or unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

1. (1) "Domestic purchasing group" means a purchasing group formed under the laws of this state.
2. (2) "Domestic risk retention group" means a risk retention group formed under the laws of this state.
3. (3) "State" includes any state of the United States or the District of Columbia.
