- (1) The purpose of this regulation, WAC 284-44-300 through 284-44-360, is to establish indemnity requirement rules and procedures for the effectuation of RCW 48.44.030 and to aid in the administration thereof.
- (2) This regulation applies to every health care service contractor registered pursuant to chapter 48.44 RCW.
